Facebook success. Why?

More and more people are asking why Facebook is so much successful. Many social systems have been trying to create communities for a very long time. IMHO, two factors leaded to Facebook success:

- 100% bottom up approach. Anyone can create a community in 1 click and 10 seconds. Think about it. How many competitive systems have this feature?

- Users are lazy. Help them.. As soon as you connect to the system, you are proposed to join a network. Facebook find it based on your e-mail. If your e-mail is John.doe@capgemini.com , you joined in 1 second a network of 1700 Capgemini’s people using Facebook. Think about it. How many competitive systems have this feature?

The right feature set makes the difference. That’s what Facebook found.
